Please note that NYCA members are automatically NAYEP members and
will be entitled to all activities undertaken by the new association. I
call upon every member to make adjustments and sacrifices to ensure
that our new organization is registered. Please note that the early bird
registration for our newly formed organization is on 31 August.
Anyone is free to apply to the Association for a membership as a General Member upon acceptance by the board and contribution of the appropriate membership dues of ksh 500 then shall be admitted as a member. A Member shall commence to be a member in good standing 30 days after the admission as a member in accordance
with our bylaws. A member shall cease to be in good standing if the Association has not received his or her contribution of current annual membership dues by the due date. Annual Membership dues are due on the day before beginning of the member’s current membership year. Any member who is not in good standing on the date notice of a general meeting is given shall not be in good standing at the meeting.
Note that members who volunteered to contribute funds towards registration of the organization will be exempted from paying membership fees as this will be deemed as membership fees and registration.
